May 15 is less than 3 weeks away - hard to believe. I know many of you will be involved with the Kansas Sampler Festival in Concordia this coming weekend and it might be easy to forget that May 15 is a mere week and a half after that.

What to consider:
1. Events or exhibits (free listings) due May 15
2. Ads - space reservation, at least, due May 15
3. Volume shipments - summer order due June 6
4. Stories - asap for summer
5. Subscriptions - any time

Some of you qualify for free shipments but if you are able to help with the costs, please contact me. Or you can, as some do, simply look at the shipping cost when you get your shipment and mail a check for that amount. You'd be amazed how much that helps.
